AHMEDABAD, MAY 23
The one-day alumni meet of the National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur (NIT-H) was organized by its Ahmedabad Chapter here on Sunday. As many as 20 alumni participated in the celebration.
Ahmedabad-based BTech graduates of NIT Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh met for the first time in Renaissance hotel in the city. The graduates spanned across 26 years, from batch 1997 to 2022.
20 alumni from all disciplines- Architecture, Civil, Chemical, Electrical, Electronics and Communications and Mechanical participated in the meet.
The meet was intended to reconnect the alumni, relive the old memories and discuss growth and changes happening in their Alma mater. This is the first such meet in Gujarat with several other local meetings to be followed in cities like Vadodara and Surat before convening an All-Gujarat meet, the convenor said.
