CHENNAI, MARCH 11
Superstar Rajinikanth is like to make an announcement of launching of his political party on Thursday.
Close quarters of the actor revealed that he would have fresh consultations with the district secretaries of Rajini Makkal Mandran at a five star hotel in MRC Nagar.
Speculations are rife that Rajini may launch his party on April 14 and will hold a massive rally during August, aiming to face the 2021 assembly election in the state.
The actor had conducted a meeting with district secretaries of the Rajini Makkal Mandram in Chennai on March 5. However, the actor said that he was disappointed over a particular issue that was discussed with the district secretaries, but refused to divulge what it was.
“I met with district secretaries after almost a year to check about status of the party’s affairs. They had some questions, I responded to them. We discussed many issues. I am disappointed with one issue. I will reveal it at the right time,” said Rajini.
