At that time I have decided to venture into hospitality business which will function as one-stop solution for wedding planners. After my studies, I have visited Chandini Chowk in Delhi to observe the eatery business there and replicated it in a small way on CG Road. Having tasted success in it I have bought a plot to build The Grand Bhagwati, my dream project, and constructed this at a cost of Rs 18 crore out of which Rs 5 crore loan was granted by the public sector lender Central Bank of India and the rest was sourced from others. This hotel was inaugurated by then chief minister Narendrea Modi. There was no looking back after that. I used to read a lot to hone my skills and developed this business.”
