eOrbitor Technologies, a leading system integration company, in association with greytHR, a leading cloud-based HR and payroll software provider convened the GREAT CONNECT event in Hotel Quality Inn on Friday. The event saw participation of over 35 persons from 25 large and medium corporates.
The event highlighted the importance of holistic HR management tool for the organisation.
Lokeshwaran and Vaidyanathan from eOrbitor Technologies and Siva and Sairam from GreytHR presented and demonstrated the capabilities of GreytHR tool.
Experts said the role of emerging technologies, like AI and automation, in shaping future HR practices cannot be overlooked. Therefore, the current scenario demands a new breed of HR professionals who are strategists first, equipped to harness AI for deeper employee engagement and strategic foresight.
