The 8-year engagement is expected to exceed US$1 billion in total contract value, with a committed spend of US$800 million, marking one of Wipro’s high-impactful transformation wins.

As part of the engagement, Wipro will deliver end-to-end transformation services through a consulting-led and AI-powered approach, leveraging:

- Farming and plantation intelligence
- Forecasting and analytics
- Trading and risk management

The objective is clear: improve operational effectiveness, enhance resilience, and enable long-term growth at large scale.
Mindsprint Acquisition: The Strategic Core
A key highlight of the deal is Wipro’s move to acquire Mindsprint, Olam Group’s IT and digital services arm.
- Will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Wipro (subject to approvals)
- Expected closure: Q1 FY27 (end of June 2026)
- Workforce: 3,200+ professionals, primarily based in India
