A veteran of the ICT and telecommunications industry, Roy brings more than three decades of leadership experience spanning enterprise technology, digital transformation and telecom services. Over the course of his career, he has successfully led large-scale businesses, crafted winning go-to-market strategies and built high-performing teams across highly competitive markets.
During his nearly 14-year stint at Bharti Airtel, Roy held key leadership positions across Government Business, Enterprise Business and Carrier Wholesale, consistently driving business growth across multiple verticals.
Before joining Ishan Technologies, he served as India Vertical Head – Manufacturing, Retail and Distribution at ServiceNow India. His distinguished professional journey also includes senior leadership roles at Tata Communications, HFCL and Tulip Telecom, providing him with extensive expertise in enterprise connectivity, digital infrastructure and customer-focused innovation.
An Electronics Engineering graduate, Roy is also an alumnus of ISB Hyderabad and INSEAD Fontainebleau, adding global business leadership credentials to his strong industry experience.
