Three trophies, three benchmarks—and one powerful message: Frankfinn continues to raise the altitude of aviation and hospitality skilling
For an institution that has spent more than three decades preparing young aspirants for careers in aviation, hospitality and service industries, recognition from the sector’s own skilling ecosystem carries special significance. Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training has added another glittering chapter to its journey by winning three prestigious Training Partner Awards at THSC Connect 2026 in New Delhi.
Widely recognised as the World’s No. 1 Air Hostess Training Institute, Frankfinn received the honours at the Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council’s (THSC) annual conference, themed ‘The Power of Partnerships’, held on August 20 at the India Habitat Centre.
The institute was recognised for Highest Training Centre Affiliation, Private Funded Short-Term Training (STT), and Highest Enrolment in Training of Trainers (ToT)—three distinctions that underline its scale, reach and commitment to professional skilling across the aviation and hospitality ecosystem.
Rajan Bahadur, CEO, Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council, presented the awards to Sudhir Malhotra, Chief Operating Officer, Frankfinn Group, in the presence of industry leaders, government representatives and hospitality professionals.
The recognition placed Frankfinn alongside prominent industry names including ITC Maurya New Delhi, Radisson Hotels, Sarovar Hotels and Compass Group, highlighting the breadth of institutions contributing to India’s tourism and hospitality skilling landscape.
A hat-trick built on a legacy
The latest triple recognition further strengthens Frankfinn’s long-standing association with THSC. The institute has previously won the Best Training Partner Award from THSC on five occasions—in 2017-18, 2018-19, 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24.
In 2022-23, Frankfinn had also secured three awards in a single year. The 2026 hat-trick therefore marks a repeat of that remarkable achievement while reinforcing the institute’s sustained performance in the skilling space.
The awards also reflect Frankfinn’s extensive training network, which spans major cities as well as smaller towns, taking aviation and hospitality education closer to aspiring professionals across the country.
Established in 1993, Frankfinn has completed 33 years of operations in 2026 and is now pursuing further expansion, building on its established presence in vocational education and industry-oriented training.
Industry connect at the heart of training
Frankfinn’s training ecosystem is strengthened by industry partnerships and specialised infrastructure. The institute has partnered with Air India to provide students with detailed cabin-service familiarisation training. Students completing the course receive a co-branded certificate from Air India, adding an industry dimension to their professional credentials.
Its training centres feature computer laboratories equipped with projectors and audio-visual aids, professional classrooms and experienced trainers. Students are also trained on leading computerised reservation systems used across the airline, hotel and travel sectors.
Frankfinn’s courses are affiliated with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and the Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council, aligning its curriculum with national skilling standards.
Placements provide the performance test
Beyond awards and infrastructure, Frankfinn points to its placement record as a key measure of its training outcomes.
More than 10,000 Frankfinn students secured placements in aviation, hospitality, travel and customer service industries during the past year, according to the institute.
Frankfinn has also been featured repeatedly in the Limca Book of Records for achieving the highest number of cabin crew placements year after year. The institute said the highest salary package currently offered to one of its students stands at Rs 2.45 lakh per month.
It has also served as the sole recruitment partner for the Emirates Group, including Emirates Airline, for 14 uninterrupted years, further highlighting its industry connect.
Recognition beyond THSC
Frankfinn’s award-winning journey extends across multiple industry and education platforms. The institute has been recognised as the Best Air Hostess Training Institute by Assocham for 11 consecutive years and received the Assocham Gold Award for Best Higher Vocational Institute for Skill Development for four consecutive years from 2016 to 2019.
In 2021, it received the award for Best Aviation Training Institute at the Assocham Knowledge Management Virtual Meet and Awards on Leadership Excellence.
The institute was also felicitated by the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry in 2019 for Outstanding Contribution in Cabin Crew Training and was honoured as the Best Institute in Placement at the Assocham Education Excellence Summit cum Awards Ceremony in January 2022.
‘A proud moment for the entire Frankfinn family’
“This is a proud moment for the entire Frankfinn family. They reaffirm our unwavering commitment to delivering world-class aviation and hospitality training to students across India, including in smaller towns and cities. We remain dedicated to building on this legacy and continuing to set new benchmarks in skill development for the aviation and hospitality industry,” said Sudhir Malhotra, Chief Operating Officer, Frankfinn Group.
With three fresh THSC laurels adding to a formidable record of industry recognition, Frankfinn’s latest achievement underscores a larger shift in India’s aviation and hospitality landscape—where employability, industry readiness and specialised skills are increasingly becoming the boarding passes to a world of opportunity.
