Among them a leading and popular barbecue restaurant chain with its presence across the country, Absolute Barbecues (AB’s), opened its 37th restaurant at Shivalik Shilp, ISKCON Cross Road, Ahmedabad, on Saturday, which was inaugurated by 20 children of the Jeevantirth Foundation. With this, AB’s has two restaurants in Gujarat. It had opened Vadodara restaurant on November 20, 2019. AB’s, which started in 2013, is already a well-known brand in the barbecue space with presence in 14 cities in India with multiple footprints. The company runs two restaurants in Dubai as well.
Ravi Aggarwal, Assistant manager from Hyderabad said, “Absolute Barbeques in Ahmedabad has a seating capacity of 160 guests which can be booked for any occasion and celebration. AB’s have a unique way of celebrating the birthdays and anniversaries and it always helped them to keep the momentum of the place high and vibrant always. We are planning to open 100 restaurants by 2022. In Gujarat, Surat and Rajkot cities are our next targets. The cost of setting up a new restaurant is Rs 4 crore which we manage from our internal resources.”
KITCHEN TOURS & CHEFS
Absolute Barbeques offers ‘kitchen tour’ facility to its customers to give them a real time experience of cooking foods under strict hygienic conditions and world-class atmosphere. All the chefs have been appointed based on their degree or diploma from well known institutes. They are posted after in-house training at our headquarters. Catering to the needs of regional foodies, the restaurant offers Gujarati fusion food in the state, Ravi added.
