In this pandemic, the entire world is witnessing the healthcare crisis. The countries are committing their vast resources to find the Covid-19 solution. Some silver lining did appear in vaccine research, but the latest news of the newly found COVID strain suddenly appearing in Britain has brought all countries back to square one and restart their work again to find an immediate solution for this new strain. This phenomenon has every chance of getting repeated. Under this scenario, indigenous healthcare systems have to be re-explored which since ages have provided the ultimate support system to our body to keep our immunity top-notch for uncertain challenges and constraints.”
“Our body has the power names “Jatharagni” and the jatharagni is maintained in optimal shape by the Indian Cow’s Bilona Ghee. This information was well entrenched in our food habits just a few generations back but has now got mixed up with various myths so people are unable to identify and realize facts about the advantages of Indian cow Bilona Ghee. To bring this wisdom back with scientific explanations, textual references, and practical observations by many people, we thought of conceptualizing this entire which is focused on decoding the facts behind myths on Indian Cow Bilona Ghee and we wish that this message should reach the maximum number of citizens which can keep them truly healthy in mind, body, and spirit so that any health challenges they face can be successfully warded off and it can increase the confidence in them and their families. The brainstorming of today will surely come up with a nectar of knowledge that will be shared with society. We believe that time is just right for a sincere discussion with the community of Vaidyas who are the ayurvedic authorities on Indian Health & Healing traditions and therefore the prime segment who can appreciate Quality and take this understanding further to the general public,” added Girish Patel.
When questioned on the high-cost of Brown Pearl Ghee, Girish Patel replied that “Dairies make ghee from the cream. We pay Rs 60 per litre of grazing cow milk and 27 litres to 30 litres of milk is required to make 1 kg of our ghee which contains medicinal values.”
Leading Ayurveda Consultant and Healthcare Speaker Dr Bhavdeep Ganatra shared, “Quality and Purity of milk and its processing is the main concern today. I have observed that Sarthak Satvik Ghee processing is done through traditional Bilona technology method and is a whole milk process that is kept under rigorous and stringent process controls. One good thing is that they are always open for all visitors to visit and see how milk is procured, cultured, processed into cow ghee. The visitors to date have truly appreciated the miles that company has gone through and the trouble and care that company has undertaken so far to bring the grazing A2 cow ghee to them in such a pure form. As an Ayurveda consultant, I recommend that A2 cow ghee is a real boon for our health.”
After a continuous survey and study for the last one year Girish Patel and his son Karan Patel started Processing for Sarthak Satvik brand which represents the amalgamation of purity, tradition, science, and modern processing technology to bring to the market the food products which come from roots that having a definitive health quotient and always stand for healthy values.
