For about 40 participants, it was a Valentine’s Day celebration with a difference.
Love was in the air along with good health for the participants as they engaged in a variety of fun and fitness activities along with their spouse or partner to check their fitness and strength at a special boot camp in Ahmedabad.
Organised by the anti-gravity fitness centre, Biorhythm, at a farmhouse away from the hustle and bustle of the city on Sunday morning to mark Valentine’s Day, the Boot Camp saw the participants performing Surya Namaskar, light exercises, and super combo sets, besides various stretching and relaxation exercises.
The participants, who in line with the Valentine’s Day theme, were dressed in red, also experienced calm and tranquillity through the chanting of Omkar.
