Thirty-one students from various branches of Aakash Institute across Gujarat state have scored 99 percentile and above in the JEE Mains 2020, results for which were announced recently, says an institute release.
Notable amongst them are Arya Anand from the Chandkheda branch in Ahmedabad who has scored 99.97 percentile, both Ashwani Vishwakarma from the Majuragate branch in Surat and Vedant Shah from the Nizampura branch in Vadodara have scored 99.96 percentile, Shivam Patel from Gandhinagar has scored 99.95 percentile and Adarsh Dubey from the Majuragate branch in Surat has scored 99.92 percentile, the release added.
Congratulating all the students, Aakash Chaudhry, Director, and CEO of Aakash Educational Services Limited (AESL) said, “It is a matter of great pride for us that 31 of our students have secured above 99 percentile in the tough JEE Mains 2020 entrance exam. The credit goes to the hard work of our students and instructors who have guided the students throughout their journey.”

The students credited their outstanding performance to hard work and the excellent coaching provided by Aakash IIT-JEE instructors for the examination, which is considered among the toughest in the world. The JEE Mains Exam is applicable for admission to NITs, IIITs, and CFTIs.
This is an impressive feat considering that more than 6 lakh students have registered for JEE Mains from across the country.
