In a first-of-its-kind initiative in India, Aarthi Scans and Labs, the country’s largest integrated diagnostics provider, has launched ‘Vital Insights’ — India’s first Performance and Longevity Lab — at Anna Nagar, Chennai. The pioneering facility aims to help individuals move beyond routine check-ups to gain a deep understanding of their body’s structural, chemical, and functional dimensions.
The centre was inaugurated by A.T. Rajamani, renowned Strength and Conditioning Coach and Founder of Raccelerate, in the presence of V. Govindarajan, Founder and Chairman of Aarthi Scans and Labs.

Equipped with cutting-edge technology, Vital Insights integrates advanced diagnostics such as DEXA scans, VO₂ Max testing, metabolic and blood profiling, full-body MRI imaging, strength and balance assessments, and more. Each evaluation is followed by a personalised wellness roadmap — covering exercise, nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle — empowering individuals to optimise their health, longevity, and performance.
