The Akash Educational Services Limited (AESL), pioneers in coaching students to crack Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main for admission in elite institutes, produced a topper in JEE Mains with 99.99%, said its Chairman and Managing Director J.C. Chaudhry here on Tuesday.
Chaudhry told reporters that the success mantra for the students to crack JEE Main and Advanced examinations is focussed preparation, perseverance in studies.
Successful students credited the outstanding performance to burning the midnight oil and the excellent teaching and study materials provided by the coaching experts of AESL.
Chaudhry felicitated the topper Sooraj Srinivasan who bagged 99.99 % in JEE Main and preparing for JEE Advanced to pursue higher studies in IITs.
Apart from Sooraj, 14 other students who had scored 98% and above were also felicitated with a memento.
“The result of hard work put by the students and the institute’s focussed study material, talented faculty, quality test assessments that has enabled them to achieve this feat,’’ Chaudhry said.
The AESL provides comprehensive mock tests preparatory services for students preparing for Medical and Engineering Entrance Examinations, Board examinations, competitive examinations such as NTSE, KVY and Olympiads. It has 32 years of operational experience with a total network of over 200 branches across the nation and the students enrolment for the coaching has crossed 2.5 lakhs this year, he added.

As many as 650 students from Adyar coaching centre in Chennai have appeared for JEE Main examinations and out of this, 224 students qualified to take admissions in elite institutes such as National Institute of Technologies spread over the country, he said.
