Ten years after making foray into real estate sector, Shyaswa Developers Private Limited on Monday unveiled its new brand identity and logo, reflecting its commitment to clients.
The new ‘SHYASWA’ brand and logo will be at the heart of its go-to-market strategy and represent its unique services in the highly competitive realty sector, said CEO Amit Dahima.
- The word ‘Shyaswa’ is derived from the Sanskrit word “Shashwat” which means, endless, eternal, perpetual & constant.

Speaking with navjeevanexpress.com, Amit Dahima said, “With the company completing 10 years of its existence as investors & developers, the announcement of our corporate brand identity and logo are the evolution for us to embrace a distinct brand identity, while retaining connectivity with our valuable customers. The word ‘Shyaswa’ is derived from the Sanskrit word “Shashwat” which means, endless, eternal, perpetual & constant. We have successfully delivered 8 projects – multi-story residences & townships in different cities of Gujarat. We also have massive plans for Ahmedabad Real Estate Market with around 6 to 7 upcoming Projects.”
“We are very excited to concentrate our operations in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We are now investing heavily in Ahmedabad as real estate developers. Currently we are working on 2 projects, including an Ultra Luxury Segment in Ahmedabad, Gujarat and will introduce our work with more investment in coming years,” Dahima added.
About the company’s Dubai foray, Amit Dahima said, “Shyaswa Developers Pvt Ltd will be the very first company from Gujarat to enter & establish its operations as a real estate developer in the Dubai market as well. We are entering the Dubai market as a developer in April 2024 and this is very exciting for us. That’s important because we have global vision, we don’t limit us to any city based developers but we are keen to be international developers.”
