Having conducted the Induction Publicity Exhibition Vehicle Drive (IPEV) program to motivate aspiring youth to join Indian Air Force as officers at Dahod on January 18 and 20, the Indian Air Force will be arriving at Government Engineering College in Modasa on Wednesday, January 22, 2025.
The Induction Publicity Exhibition Vehicle of IAF is transiting through different parts of Gujarat.
The IPEV is equipped, with a flight simulator zone, experience and information zone, flying accessories and a pictorial display of information and other aspects related to career opportunities in IAF for college students. This drive will focus to inspire young minds and provide direct insights into the life and work of Indian Air Force personnel.
The IPEV drive will feature a specially designed exhibition vehicle that will showcase interactive displays, videos and presentation dealing various career options in the Indian Air Force including opportunities in Flying, Technical, Ground and Administrative branches. The event will allow students to engage directly with Indian Air Force officers and personnel, who will provide valuable information about recruitment process, training, and career progression with the Indian Air Force.
“Today, the Indian Air Force stands as one of the most technologically advance and globally respected Air Force. We are thrilled to offer students at Government Engineering College, Modasa, the chance to interact directly with skilled and experienced Indian Air Force team who will answer their carrier related queries and inspire them to serve the nation with pride,” says an IAF release.
“We invite all students and aspiring candidates to attend this informative session and explore the exciting career prospects with the Indian Air Force. The event is open to all graduate and Post-graduate students,” the statement added.
Earlier, Dahod city of Gujarat proudly hosted Induction Publicity Exhibition Vehicle drive aimed at inspiring young minds to join Indian Air Force as commissioned officer. The IPEV road drive that was flagged off from New Delhi on 06 January 2025, travelled all the way to Vadodara (Gujarat) to conduct one-on-one interaction with students at their doorstep. The vehicle visited Navjivan Science College on 18 January 2025 and Government Engineering College on 20 January 2025.
During the drive, students delved through structured presentation on career opportunities in Indian Air Force followed by one-on-one interactions. Most attractive feature of the drive was tour to the Induction Publicity Exhibition Vehicle equipped with state-of-the-art modules and appealing zones like flying simulator, touch screen kiosks, virtual reality equipment, miniature aircraft models, LED displays etc. Informative brochures and souvenirs were also provided to the participants for better understanding and making the interaction a lasting one. The students expressed immense pleasure and enthusiasm about this innovative approach and gained deeper understanding of Indian Air Force. The drive witnessed overwhelming response from the young aspirants and support from the Universities. Hundreds of young aspirants pursuing B ech and other undergraduate courses attended the drive.
