Amidst the Covid-19 crisis, AGS Transact Technologies’ on-ground staff, which comprises field engineers, drivers, gunmen, guards, and cash custodians, have been playing a crucial role in ensuring business continuity during the nationwide lockdown, a company release said.
The company through its subsidiary Securevalue India provides cash management services to ATMs of more than 100 banks — public, private, cooperative — pan India through an expansive infrastructure of 2000+ secured cash vans and a growing workforce of 8000+ employees. AGS Transact Technologies has approximately 60,000 ATMs in its network across the country.
Currently, close to 90% ATMs in AGSTTL’s pan India network are operational. To further aid the public, the company has partnered with leading banks in more than 20 towns and cities to deploy mobile ATM vans in areas where public movement is highly restricted.
To aid the safety and convenience of the on-ground staff pan India, AGS has provided authorization letters, essential service passes; arranged transport facilities in many locations, maintain stringent hygiene practices at office and on-field. Apart from basic hygiene practices like wearing gloves & masks, ATMs are also being sanitized frequently. The company is also incentivizing all the employees who were and will be providing essential services on-ground and from office.
