To cash in on the upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL), City Union Bank (CUB), a leading private sector bank, has on Saturday announced a strategic partnership with Chennai Super Kings (CSK), to introduce a new co-branded credit card. Mahalingam, Chairman, City Union Bank introduced the Co-branded Credit cards in the presence of V. Ramesh, Executive Director, CUB; Vijay Anandh, Executive Director, CUB; Rohit Katyal – Head of Commercial CSK; Sriram S – CFO, CSK and Avinash – Legal Head of CSK.

The Indian Premier League (IPL), the world’s most prestigious T20 franchise tournament, is set to return for its 18th season on March 22, 2025.
The bank plans to launch the card before the tournament begins. Upon approval, customers will receive the digital version instantly in their mobile wallets, followed by the physical card.
