Ahmedabad-based insure-tech start-up AND APP has announced that it has got an insurance broking license from the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI).
The broking license has been received by the name of iAND Insurance Broker Private Limited. iAND stands for Insurance Advisor Next Door, and it will operate in the Business-to-Business (B2B) segment.
“Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning ML) powered
technology, along with a human touch will be the core drivers that
will power our growth,” the company said.
The Ahmedabad-headquartered company is eyeing expansion in western parts of the country in the first year and will establish a presence in other markets subsequently. The company’s vision is to have an iAND representative in every Pin Code of India.
Dipti Trivedi & Prabhat Vijh, who have over 15 years of insurance
experience will be heading the company, the release added.
