Ahmedabad-based RO Jewels Limited became the 320th company to get listed on the BSE SME Platform Wednesday, a BSE release said.
RO Jewels Limited came out with an initial public offering of 13,65,000 equity shares of Rs.10 each for cash at Rs. 36 per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 4.91 crores. The company has completed its public issue on March 17, 2020.
Mumbai-based First Overseas Capital Limited was the lead manager of RO Jewels Limited. The Core business as follows: Engaged in the wholesale business of gold and silver chains. Sells gold-based chains, bracelets, gold/silver bars, and necklaces and procures gold and silver majorly through the bullion market and partially from the local markets in Ahmedabad.
The 319 companies listed on the BSE SME Platform have raised Rs. 3,316.04 crores from the market and total market capitalization of 319 companies as on March 25, 2020, are 14,912.54 Crores. BSE is the market leader in this segment with a market share of 60 percent, the release added.
