Ahmedabad Education Group, an umbrella body of more than 400 educational institutions in Ahmedabad and government registered body, imparting quality education to over 1 lakh students, on Sunday, April 13, organized a free career guidance seminar for Std 10, 12 students. The event was sponsored by the city’s prestigious J.G. University, announced its office-bearers.

Speaking with the media, Ahmedabad Education Group Chairman Vijay Maru said, “Aiming to help the students and parents, we have organized this free career guidance seminar for Std 10, 12 students, who had appeared for the board exams, to build a successful career. More than 1,000 students took a pledge to choose right courses and lay a concrete foundation of their life’s ambitions and goals.”
Ahmedabad Education Group President Satish Shah said, “In this seminar, experts from various fields provided accurate guidance and tips to the students, ranging from the things to keep in mind for career choices after standard 10th and 12th and the importance of selecting the right courses available from various disciplines, including job prospects in emerging sectors.”

Motivational Speaker Sanjay Rawal gave information about the criteria for choosing a right career. Career Guide Dr. Umesh Gurjar spoke at length on the courses available in the fields of engineering and medicine and how to take admission in them.
CA Karim Lakhani informed the students about Commerce, Management and Chartered Accountant courses. Memory & Motivational Coach Suhag Panchal explained how to choose a career through scientific analysis and Retired Principal of Govt IIT Mahendrabhai Suthar provided employment-oriented information through industrial training and skill courses.
Kasif Abbasi gave a presentation about the career-oriented courses offered at Gujarat’s prestigious J.G. University, and the information booklet of Canada-based Heritage Community College was released by the educationists present.

General Secretary Sanjay Parmar, Treasurer Manish Vyas, Federation of Academy Association President Hemang Rawal, FAA State President Jankrit Acharya and all the committee members and educationists Sandeep Trivedi, Sarju Chauhan, Ram Ahir. Deepak Parmar, Hemant Chauhan, Ketan Panchal, Bipin Khandvi, Amit Rajput, KD Mudaliar, Kaushik Gaur, Rauf Ali Syed, Mehul Chauhan, Ajay Shah, Mukesh Parmar, AEG Advisor Ramesh Vora, Sameer Gajjar and Convener of Career Guidance Seminar Anil Dangi and the administrators of AEG were present and contributed greatly to the success of the program.
The entire program was successfully anchored by Deputy President Rakesh Parmar.
It is pertinent to note that the AEG successfully organizes education-related programs such as Career Seminar, Enjoy Exam Seminar, Teacher Training, Navratri Celebration, Get to Gather, Education Diary Release, Shikshan Ratna Award, etc throughout the year.
