Ahmedabad Military Station celebrated the World Health Day to generate awareness among the population on current health issues and educating them on preventive and promotive health services here on Thursday. The theme for this year was “Our Planet, Our Health”.
Under the aegis of Brigadier Sanjeev Kapoor, Commandant, Military Hospital Ahmedabad, Station Health Organisation conducted health lectures for troops of Ahmedabad Military Station.
Exhibitions and poster-making competition for students of Kendriya Vidyalaya No 2, Ahmedabad Cantonment were also organized to spread a message among general populace towards health issues.
