South Western Air Command Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief Air Marshal Vikram Singh hoisted the National Flag at the Helipad ground of HQ SWAC in Gandhinagar to mark the 76th Independence Day.

It was attended by other senior officers, personnel and their families. The celebration culminated with a brief address by AOC-in-C where he congratulated the gathering and re-emphasized the need of each individual’s contribution towards the development and prosperity of the nation.
A celebratory Barakhana was organised at Airmen Mess of HQ SWAC on the occasion. The AOC-in-C was the Chief Guest. While having lunch, he interacted with the air warriors and enquired about their well being.
