In one of its first, American consumer appliance brand White-Westinghouse, that forayed into the Indian market earlier this year, announced mega discounts on its range of semi-automatic machines for India’s most awaited ~ AMAZON’s Great Indian Festival Sale, that starts from 17th October 2020, a release said.
With prices starting as low as Rs 7,299 for its 7kg; Rs 8,799 for its 8kg and Rs 9,799 for its 9 kg semi-automatic premium affordable washing machines, White -Westinghouse is pegging high in the festive season. An instant discount of further 10% is extended to HDFC cardholders and the sale opens for Amazon’s prime members from 16th October 2020.
Commenting on the upcoming season and market surge caused in e-comm sector due to pandemic, Pallavi Singh, Senior Vice-President, SPPL, India Brand Licensee White-Westinghouse says, “Recoveries in consumer and home appliance sales are indicative of a positive and growing sentiment in the online market. White-Westinghouse is a 100-year old American consumer appliance brand. The brand sells appliances in more than 45 countries across the world. The company had entered the appliances manufacturing business by acquiring Copeman Electric Stove Company in 1917.
