Analytix Business Solutions, a leading knowledge processing outsourcing provider, on Friday announced that it has won two prestigious awards: Best Place to Work and Best Employer awards, as a recognition of its commitment to the growth and welfare of its workforce.
Analytix bagged Gujarat State “Best Employer Branding Awards 2022” which was hosted by World HRD Congress and partnered with CHRO Asia. The 17th edition of this prestigious award collates Individuals and Organizations from various sectors, evaluates their work under distinct categories, and awards their merits. This was held in Taj Vivanta, Ahmedabad on August 24.
The award organizers evaluated Analytix for organizational strategies to support business, Organizational focus to be future ready by cultivating competencies & HR Strategies supporting its vision.
Rajiv Bhatia, President & Country Head & Mayank Dabhi – Vice President, IT Services received this award on behalf of the organization.
Analytix was declared the winner of the ‘Best Place to Work’ award at the 9th edition of BPO Innovation Summit & Awards 2022 in Hyderabad on August 25. The award was accepted on behalf of Analytix by Allan Bell, Vice President -Data Management Services, and Jeet Doshi, GM- Business Development.
This 9th Edition Summit and awards aimed to throw light on how flexible outsourcing partners have been with their clients when conditions change rapidly and how far along the digital journey they have ventured. It discussed about the rise of the Digital Workforce and reskilling them with Next-Gen Technology. Analytix submitted a case study with evidence for its various innovative strategies starting from its State-of-the-art infrastructure and High Potential Manager program to various trainings conducted for its employees.

Analytix has recently signed an MOU with the Government of Gujarat to generate jobs committing investments worth Rs 250 crores over the next 5 years generating around 2,000 jobs in Gujarat in the IT/ITES sector. Analytix aims to expand its team size from the existing 700 to 2,000 in five years.
