Ananya’s Nana Nani Homes for Senior Citizens launches ‘Tour the Paradise’ campaign

The campaign has been launched to invite senior citizens from Chennai to experience the blissful lifestyle offered at their facility situated at three locations in and around Coimbatore city, said Naresh Sathyaraj, Senior Sales Head of Ananya’s Nana Nani Homes.

Addressing a press conference, Naresh Sathyaraj said the Ananya’s Nana Homes has so far completed six projects with 2,500 different sizes/types of homes and apartments and three more projects with the construction of over 1,500 homes are under progress.

When asked about the occupancy rates, he said that 70 per cent of the senior citizen’s homes are occupied. Occupants include 30 per cent from Chennai, 40 per cent from Coimbatore.

Bookings are now open for the upcoming phases for both apartments and villas.

The fully functional community was handed over in January 2024. As with every community handover, this was marked by a grand two-day function, including a grand kumbabhishegam of the temple, the opening of a clinic with medical staff, fully functional dining with cooking staff, and a massive 54,000 sq. ft. clubhouse with a theatre, swimming pool, play area, community hall, salon, spa, and guest rooms.
