Apollo Specialty Hospitals, Vanagaram, organised the ‘Walk Strong, Heart Strong’ walkathon on Thursday to raise awareness about heart health and valve care.
The event saw enthusiastic participation from over 200 people.
It was flagged off by Bhavaneeswari, IPS, Additional Commissioner of Headquarters and Traffic, Avadi Commissionerate and coordinated by Dr. Harikrishnan from Apollo Vanagaram.
The walkathon highlighted the importance of regular physical activity in maintaining a healthy heart.
