Students from Prime College of Architecture and Planning, Nagappattinam Keezhvelur visited the Isha Yoga Center, Coimbatore on Saturday (Feb 25).
The batch comprising 28 architecture students and 2 college lecturers visited the various consecrated spaces, including- Surya Kund & Chandra Kund, the energized water bodies; Nandi, the meditative bull with symbolism for eternal waiting; Linga Bhairavi, an exuberant expression of the Divine Feminine; Dhyanlinga, a powerful and unique energy form created especially for meditation and the 112-feet Adiyogi Shiva in the Isha Center campus. The students during their visit were explained the spiritual significance of these places.
Isha Yoga Center is built with scientific architectural features, adorned with an aesthetic sense complementing the spiritual purpose. It is visited by a large number of diverse people from over 100 countries all over the world who admire the architectural intricacies of the place.
