Lt Gen CP Mohanty, AVSM, SM, VSM, Army Commander, Southern Command has visited Chennai and Avadi Military Stations from 30 November to 01 December 2020.
He visited the Military Units and establishments including Ordnance Depot and Heavy Vehicle Factory, Avadi.
The General Officer reviewed the operational, logistic support and humanitarian assistance and disaster relief preparedness in the southern states.
He commended all ranks for their professionalism and dedication while exhorting them to continue working with same zeal and enthusiasm and incorporate state of the art technologies to carry out any assigned task.
