Indian Army will conduct a Recruitment Rally from April 15 to April 25 at the stadium of Arunai Engineering College, Tiruvannamalai in Tamil Nadu to enroll candidates into the Army from 11 Districts of TN under the aegis of Recruitment Office (Headquarter), Chennai. The candidates would be recruited from Cuddalore, Vellore, Tirupathur, Ranipet, Tiruvannamalai, Chennai, Tiruvallur, Vilupuram, Kallakurichi, Kancheepuram, Chengalpattu and Puducherry District of Puducherry (UT) for various categories of posts: Soldier Technical; Soldier Nursing Assistant/Soldier Nursing Assistant; Veterinary Soldier Clerk; Store Keeper Technical; Soldier General Duty and Soldier Tradesman.
Candidates will have to apply online only in www.joinindianarmy.nic.in and the registration will start from March 1 and will close on March 31. Admit card will be issued online after March 31. Date of reporting at rally site will be intimated on admit card and the applicant can take print out of admit card after March 31 from www.joinindianarmy.nic.in. Recruitment process being fully automated, is fair and transparent. Candidates must guard against Touts/fraudsters, claiming to help them pass. Only their hard work and preparation will ensure their selection as per merit, a release said.
