The Tube Investments India Limited (TIIL) announced that M A M Arunachalam or Arun Murugappan, non-executive, non-Independent Director was elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the TIIL at its board meeting held on Thursday, says a release.
M A M Arunachalam has been associated with the Murugappa Group in various capacities since 1991.
He has also been playing an instrumental role in establishing key alliances for the group companies both in India and around the globe.
A Doon School and Loyola College alumnus, Arun Murugappan is an MBA graduate from the University of Chicago.
