Respected worldwide for his deep insights and spiritual uplifting narrations of the Ramcharitmanas, Morari Bapu is set to bless the sacred land of Ayodhya with his presence. Invited by the Ram Janmabhoomi Nyas, the organization instrumental in the long-standing movement for the construction of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, he will present the “Manas Ram Mandir” katha during this auspicious occasion.
Morari Bapu, having dedicated 64 years of his life to disseminating the wisdom of Lord Shree Ram and the Ramayana, has so far conducted an impressive 931 Ramkathas across the world.
Reflecting on this momentous occasion, Morari Bapu expressed his profound delight, stating, “It is with immense joy that I embark upon this divine journey to deliver the Ramkatha in Ayodhya. For over six decades, it has been my heartfelt aspiration to share the Ramkatha in the sacred confines of Lord Ram’s birthplace Ayodhya, following the establishment of the glorious Ram Temple. Throughout the entirety of my existence, I have yet to witness such a magnificent celebration spanning every corner for opening of a temple. I am humbled by the invitation extended by the Ram Janmabhoomi Trust several months ago, which I wholeheartedly embraced.”
He continued, “Rama is not merely a historical figure but a Saint, the embodiment of truth, the endeavour. In his infinite magnanimity, Rama embraced beings from all walks of life, be it Kevat, Shabari, Vanar, or even Asura wholeheartedly, signifying that Rama is inclusive of all, and all are encompassed within Rama’s embrace. Even an ordinary little child seems to us to be a form of God, but it is difficult to describe in words when Supreme God takes the form of a small child. King Ram is revered but the form of Ramlala is of Shiva element (Shivtatvarupi). A new era has started with the Ram temple and the welfare of the whole world is to be done through India.”
Morari Bapu graced the consecration ceremony of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya on January 22, joining saints and seers from across the nation to witness the auspicious occasion. Describing the event as a pivotal moment in India’s cultural, religious and spiritual heritage, he hailed the consecration of the temple as the dawn of a new age, resonating with the spirit of ‘Treta Yuga’ for the entire world.
