Their act of work-family balancing deserves a pat as we gear up to celebrate Navratri, the festival of Maa Ambe & Maa Durga to pay our due respect to the woman in our lives, who have always stood by us as a rock, said the organisers of NAARITVA-Season 2 here on Sunday.
“In its 2nd Season of existence, we have conceptualized Naaritva to honour those women in our families and in the society who have been working unconditionally and selflessly trying to do their duties and responsibilities without expecting anything in return. I wholeheartedly thank the participants for nominations & I sincerely thank Abhimanyu Goswami from the AGIL Wealth Management for helping us power the whole initiative and conduct this function seamlessly,” said Paresh Dave from Bhagumama Holidays Pvt Ltd – Organizers of the Naaritva awards.
Speaking with navjeevanexpress.com, Sheetal Dave, Director, Bhagumama Holidays Pvt Ltd, said, “In the first edition of Naaritva, we have feted 15 women in recognition of their service to the society during the COVID pandemic. This year, 25 women were nominated by their family members around the thoughts of them being supportive and of having contributed something outstanding to the family and society. Five persons each from the following categories Mother/ Mother-in-Law, Sister / Sister-in-Law, Daughter / Daughter-in-Law, Wife/ Friend, Teacher / Student will undergo an audition today before a panel of four eminent jurists consisting of educationist, journalist, social activist and woman entrepreneur. They will be awarded so that it can motivate others to emulate them.”
Naaritva Season 2 awards ceremony will be held on Sunday, September 25 at Hotel Binori, Opp New York Tower, Thaltej, SG Highway from 9.00 am onwards in the presence of spiritual guests of honor like Swami Smita Krishna Das & Swami VIdya Sagar.
