COLORS Gujarati redefines Gujarati entertainment with ‘Shyam Dhun Lagi Re’, the channel’s one-of-its-kind show where for the first time ever viewers will witness a Bhakt Ki Kahani Bhagwaan Krishna Ki Zubaani. In the new promo audience will see Adi Kavi Narsinh Mehta played by Paresh Bhatt, a 15th-century poet-saint who couldn’t speak from birth but deeply touched his family with his innocence and vulnerability. His grandmother played by Neelu Vaghela, passionately prays for a miracle, believing that even the smallest whisper of faith can reach Lord Krishna.
Sharing her excitement about playing the role of Narsinh’s Dadi Baa, Neelu Vaghela said, “Being a part of this touching tale is a true honor for me. ‘Shyam Dhun Lagi Re’ marks my debut collaboration with COLORS Gujarati, and I’m eagerly looking forward to it.
