Having roped in advocate-turned-politician National Mahila Morcha chief and Coimbatore South MLA Vanathi Srinivasan and Lady Super Star of Kollywood and BJP National Executive Committee Member Khushubu Sundar last week to campaign in Tamil dominated Assembly constituencies of Gujarat, the saffron party’s Mumbai MLA Captain R Tamilselvan is all set to kick off canvassing for Maninagar candidate Amulbhai Bhatt on Sunday.
According to BJP Khokhra Ward Executive Committee Member and South Indian Cell Organiser Saravanan, Mumbai’s Sion Koliwada MLA Captain R Tamilselvan will confer with Tamil community leaders on Sunday. The meeting will be held at 6:30 pm at Shri Siddivinayak Mandir in Sarvodaynagar area of Khokhra.
Earlier this week, party’s national secretary from Telugu-speaking Andhra Pradesh-Telangana States P Muraleedhar Rao had canvassed in Maninagar Assembly constituency.
