Organised by CREDAI Ahmedabad–GIHED at the GMDC Ground, Ahmedabad, the three-day property expo placed special emphasis on the role of youth-driven ideas, innovation and inclusive planning in building sustainable urban ecosystems.
The Olympiad brought together developers, investors, policymakers, urban planners and young professionals, positioning real estate not merely as an industry, but as a catalyst for long-term urban transformation. Gujarat Deputy Chief Minister Harsh Sanghvi attended the Olympiad as the chief guest, underlining the state government’s focus on infrastructure development, governance reforms, public safety and youth empowerment, while acknowledging the vital contribution of the organised real estate sector in shaping modern urban environments.
