The initial public offering of Canara Robeco Asset Management Company Limited on Tuesday announced its initial public offering will open for subscription on Thursday, October 9, and close on Monday, October 13. The price band is set between ₹253 to ₹266 per equity share of face value ₹10. Anchor investor allocation is scheduled for Wednesday, October 8.
Investors can apply for a minimum lot size of 56 shares. The minimum investment for retail investors is ₹14,896 at the lower end of the price band.

The AMC is raising ₹1,326.13 crore via OFS.
The IPO allows promoters Canara Bank and ORIX Corporation Europe NV to divest about 25% of their total holding in the AMC—Canara Bank is offering 2.59 crore equity shares, and ORIX Corporation Europe NV about 2.39 crore shares. The company will not receive any proceeds; all funds go to selling shareholders after expenses.
Share reservation
Reservations: not more than 50% for qualified institutional buyers, not less than 15% for non-institutional investors, and not less than 35% for retail investors.
Company details
Canara Robeco AMC was incorporated in 1993, previously known as Canbank Investment Management Services, managing Canbank Mutual Fund assets. As of June 2025, it manages 26 schemes. In 2007, Canara Bank sold a 49% equity stake to ORIX Corporation Europe NV (then Robeco Groep NV), and currently holds 51%, with ORIX at 49%.
Financial results
The financial numbers announced by Canara Bank AMC in the recent past periods has been healthy with profit in the quarter ended June 2025 growing 19.4 percent to ₹61 crore, up from ₹ 51.1 crore in corresponding period of previous fiscal. Revenue during the same period increased by 18.9 percent to ₹121.1 crore, compared to Rs 101.8 crore.
Net profit in FY25 was at ₹190.7 crore, soaring 26.3 percent from ₹151 crore in previous fiscal, while revenue jumped 26.9 percent to ₹403.7 crore, up from ₹318.1 crore in the same period.

The Equity Shares offered through this Red Herring Prospectus are proposed to be listed on BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
