Aiming to spread awareness about the importance of blood donation in a noble and innovative gesture to celebrate Republic Day, C.C. Sheth College of Commerce, a part of Navgujarat Group of Colleges, organized a Blood Donation Camp in collaboration with the Red Cross Blood Bank here on Sunday.
The camp, held on the ground floor of the college, was coordinated under the guidance of Dr. Masum Chaudhary, Physician, Dr. Jayendra Sinh Thakor, NSS Coordinator, and Dr. Salman Shaikh, Professor. This initiative was aimed at fostering the spirit of patriotism by contributing to the welfare of society, a college spokesman said.
Many students and staff participated enthusiastically, contributing significant blood donations to this important cause. The Red Cross Blood Bank team, led by Dr. Masum Chaudhary, ensured that all medical procedures and donor care were handled properly during the event. The entire event was well-organized, with proper sanitation and medical protocols maintained throughout the day
