The 26th edition of PEDICRITICON, India’s premier National Pediatric Intensive Care Conference was successfully organised in the Medical Capital – Chennai, from December 13-15, 2024.

The conference returning to Chennai after more than two decades, the event brought together over 800 delegates, including 17 renowned international faculty and 200 leading pediatric intensivists and healthcare professionals.
This year’s conference marked a significant milestone with several pioneering initiatives aimed at enhancing pediatric critical care. The event offered a unique and enriching experience for attendees, covering a wide spectrum from foundational training for postgraduates to cutting-edge advancements in ECMO (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation). - PICU Liberation focusing on early mobilization in critically ill children
- A Nursing Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) program emphasizing indispensable role of nurses in pediatric critical settings
These programs collectively aimed to enhance healthcare provider’s skills and knowledge to ensure optimal care for critically ill children.
