Circle launches CBRND Bunkers to ensure the safety & security of human lives during disasters

The small and medium sized bunkers will manufactured in Gujarat and will be exported while 20 percent of them have been  reserved for our country as per the MoU signe by the company with the Government of Gujarat: Ragesh M Shah Chairman and senior scientist of CBRND Defence Research.

  • This system has been used in India right from Bhadarvi Poonam Fair at Ambaji, followed by Umiya Mata Celebration, Unjha and Vibrant Navratri 2009 at Gujarat University Ground Ahmedabad, Ranotsav and Chintan Shibir at Dhordo, Kutch and further in January 2010, Vibrant Uttarayan (Kite Flying) at Sabarmati River Front in Ahmedabad, added Shah.

With the advent of Russia-Ukraine war, most of the Indian students and Ukranian citizens have taken shelter in Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear Defence (CBRND) bunkers to protect them from direct line of fire of all kinds of arms.  Defence forces around the world have been using this fool-proof security even during international summits.

Now, in case of a chemical, biological, radioactive and nuclear (CBRN) attack on the city, commonmen also can have this underground safe house shelter for their near and dear ones. The cost of such facility starts at Rs one crore without land Rs 2 crore with land, said a top official of Circle, an arm of Online Telemedicine Research Institute (OTRI) here on Thursday.

Circle, a humanitarian organisation working on the Healthcare, Safety & Security of human Animals and Agriculture lives announced the launch of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear Defence (CBREND) bunkers for the safety & security of human lives during Disaster. CBRND  Bunkers is developed by CBRND Defence Research, a Division of Online Telemedicine Research Institute (OTRI), under roof of Circle.

Online Telemedicine Research Institute (OTRI) is private, self financed research Institute working for the last 30 years in association with NGO, Somchand Dosabhai Charitable Trust, India. OTRI is developing projects on Security and Healthcare with different subjects. In Tele-Healthcare in particular, the use of Telemedicine is not only up to the Mankind but it also used for the Animals, Birds, Agriculture-Crops Management, the Research’s phase I & II completed and Commercial projects are in operation for the last couple of years and provides Benefits to People of India and round the world.

Announcing the launch of CBRND Bunkers, Ragesh M Shah, Chairman and senior scientist of CBRND Defence Research, a Division of Online Telemedicine Research Institute and Somchand Dosabhai Charitable Trust (SDCT), said, “We are thrilled to announce the launch of CBRND Bunkers and manufacturing facility for the first time in India. We are working with various government departments to provide the bunkers at micro level.”

He said, “CBRND Bunkers will be useful at the time of real crisis of Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear Disaster as we have already developed the  SOS Security and Tele-Health System for senior citizens, Physically Challenged Divyang, women, Children  in which the users have to push a SOS button to get immediate Security and Medical help at the time of crisis. With acquaintance of SOS system, it is easy to response at the time of crisis or disaster.”

“The small and medium sized bunkers will manufactured in Gujarat and will transport to all over the world out of which 20 % of them we will reserved for our country where and when required,” he added.

OTRI has already worked on the CBRND Technology, which is the first of its kind Nuclear Radiation Monitoring, Biological Scanning and Surveillance with combat system. This system also has Tele-Healthcare & rehabilitation Technology in place and it plays an important role at a time of real CBRND Disasters. It has started functioning with all modules, from January 2015.

The SDCT has implemented COVID -19 corona virus scanning & surveillance system with tele-health and SOS personal security system for the benefit of citizen, Police Personal & VVIP in the state of Gujarat, Implemented at Police Bhawan, Gandhinagar  CM House & Ahmedabad Police Commissioner office including all Police station of Ahmedabad City.

The SDCT had successfully implemented & Operated the Technology form 2000 in Malaysia, Singapore, France to Detect SARS Bird Flu and swine Flu infected citizens by Scanning and Surveillance on Epidemiology, Swine Flu since the year 2009,
