International Hair Stylist Jawed Habib on Wednesday said that the hair care styling industry has been evolving fast and clinical salons will be the next future evolution.
The day is not far when we walk into a salon and alongside getting a haircut and styling, also meet a certified dermatologist or a trichologist to address our hair concerns, says Jawed Habib.
Speaking with navjeevanexpress.com, Jawed Habib said, “I believe in a science-based approach and what better than to address hair concerns from a doctor’s point of view? Clinical salons will be the next future evolution.”
He was speaking after inaugurating the tenth outlet of Javed Habib Salon in Ahmedabad and 27th in Gujarat on Wednesday.
This salon is ideally located on the first floor of Krishna Towers on Anandnagar Road, opposite IOC petrol pump and Sachin Tower in the upmarket Prahladnagar area.
On this occasion, 10 blind people of Andhajan Mandal were given free hair treatment.
Jawed Habib said, “I am very happy to launch the 10th Javed Habib Hair Salon in Ahmedabad. In top metro cities like Ahmedabad, the awareness of hair design and styling is increasing. This salon will cater to fans who want to have excellent hair care and styling. He further said that just as we are conscious about the maintenance of every part of the body, we should also be conscious about hair care. Hair should be washed daily to maintain it.”
“Ours has grown into a skill-based company and we train 99% of the staff who work in our salons. We want to grow everywhere, as a company. One can get back his hair care education expenses within six months of starting his salon. In India, nearly 9 crore are involved in this profession, which is growing in leaps and pounds,” added Jawed habib.
Kiran R Patil, owner of Jawed Habib Salon on Anandnagar Road, said on the occasion, “We are very happy to launch Jawed Habib Hair Salon. We are confident that this salon will satisfy the needs of hair beauty and styling fans in West Ahmedabad. We also have inaugural offer for a limited period.”
With his salons operating in 120 cities across India and his hair academy claiming to have trained over 10 million students, he says is now at a stage where he prioritises hair education.
