The rural cattle breeders can avail the home services of 108 mobile veterinary hospitals between 7 am and 7 pm by dialling ‘On Call’ 1962 number during all the 365 days of the year, the Chief Minister said. He was speaking at a function organized to dedicate to people ‘The 108 Mobile Veterinary Hospital’ in Gandhinagar.
Rupani said, “For the all-round growth of Gujarat, the state government wants to give at par importance to farming and animal husbandry sectors with industries. We want to be a leader in ‘White Revolution’ and ‘Green Revolution’ with healthy and prosperous livestock.”
The Chief Minister further stated that the state government is going to provide a unit of ‘108 Mobile Veterinary Hospital’ for a group of 10 villages. Accordingly, 460 ‘108 Mobile Veterinary Hospitals’ would be made operational soon to cover more than 4,600 villages of Gujarat.
