GANDHINAGAR, SEPT 12
Additional Director General KR Suresh, PTM,TM, Coast Guard Commander (Western Seaboard) visited the ICG North Western Regional Headquarters at Gandhinagar on Monday and Tuesday. On arrival he was received by Inspector General AK Harbola, TM, Commander Coast Guard Region (North West).
During the visit, a brain-storming session on future operational demands and way ahead in the crucial ICG region for safeguarding sea off Gujarat, Daman and Diu was held with Officers.

The Additional Director General also called on Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendrabhai Patel and apprised him of the ICG activities and preparedness to meet various challenges.
