Sainik School Balachadi, Jamnagar witnessed change of Baton between Group Captain Ravinder Singh and Colonel Shreyash N Mehta on Monday.
Colonel Shreyash N Mehta took over as Principal, Sainik School Balachadi on Monday, June 6, 2022. The officer took over the reins of Sainik School Balachadi from Group Captain Ravinder Singh, who has proceeded on his next assignment.
To bid adieu to outgoing Principal Group Captain Ravinder Singh and to welcome Principal Designate Colonel Shreyash N Mehta, a special assembly was organized in School auditorium. RK Suvagia, Senior Master presented the illustrious profile of the new Principal. School Cadet Captain Hrushabh Vaza recited a poem and speeches were delivered by Cadet Neel Patel and Cadet Vedant in the honour of outgoing Principal. Raghesh PR, TGT Social Science also shared his memorable experiences.
The outgoing Principal congratulated Colonel Shreyash N Mehta for assuming the coveted appointment of the new Principal of the School. He conveyed his best wishes to all the Cadets and Staff for their future endeavours and urged everyone to keep the School Flag high.
Colonel Shreyash N Mehta in his speech conveyed his gratitude and a sense of pride to take over as the 20th Principal of such a prestigious institution. He emphasized the importance of punctuality, discipline and moral values in the growth of students and pledged to work together towards further growth of the school.
The event culminated with the handing over of the Principal’s Baton.
