INGREDIENTS
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp dry yeast
- 250 gram all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oil
- For sauce:
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp finely chopped garlic
- 3 tbsp finely chopped onion
- Salt as per taste
- 2 cups tomato puree
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp oregano and 1/4 tsp thyme powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
- Basil leaves
How to Prepare Pizza Twisters
- In lukewarm water, add sugar, dry yeast, mix it and let it dissolve.
- In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, salt and mix it Add water, activated yeast, oil and prepare a dough Grease the bowl with oil and leave it to prove for 2 hours.
- Add red chilli flakes and mix it Add chopped basil leaves and mix Roll out the dough of the same size using flour Add pizza sauce over the base and cover it with pizza sheet.
- Seal the sides and prick it using a fork Cut it into pieces Twist the petals and bake it in the preheated oven at 220’C for 20 – 25 minutes.
