With dishes that are prepared by showcasing cooking methods and flavours that were used centuries ago in India, these dishes will truly give you a taste of age-old Indian cooking, and will transport you back in time.
The vegetarian menu includes delicious dishes like Southwest Barley & Lentil Stew accompanied by Herb Jasmine Rice, Black Bean Potato Au Gratin, Fiery Stuffed Peppers accompanied by garlic bread, and Jodhpuri Nargisi Kofta served with Bajra Roti.

The non-vegetarian menu includes Jungali Maas accompanied by Bajra Ki Roti, Chicken Dak Bungalow accompanied by Wheat Grass Ki Roti, Saas Ki Maachi served with Govind Bog Steamed Rice, and Tit Koh accompanied by Jasmine rice.
