Private sector lender Karur Vysya Bank on Friday announced it has donated 33 battery operated pushcarts to women from underprivileged sections to market the ice cream and other dairy products of Aavin valued at Rs 40.00 lakhs, this is a CSR initiative of the bank to provide employment opportunities to the women.

The beneficiaries were identified in association with the Department of Women and Child Development and Department of Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare, Government of Tamil Nadu and Aavin.
