The National Science Day was celebrated with enthusiasm at Combat Vehicles Research and Development Establishment (CVRDE), a unit of DRDO here on Wednesday. It was on the theme “Indigenous Technologies for Viksit Bharat” at the premises at Avadi.
To mark the occasion, Shri. V. Kavivalluvan, Scientist ‘F’, presented the Science Day Oration on “Design & Development of Track System for Armoured Fighting Vehicles”. In his speech, he highlighted about various technologies utilized in design & development of track system.

Dr. K Srinivasan, Additional Director delivered the welcome address emphasizing the significance of the National Science Day.
