In a landmark move set to reshape Ahmedabad’s commercial real estate landscape, Dev Accelerator Limited (DevX), one of India’s leading enterprise-focused managed office space providers, has signed the country’s largest Development Management (DM) deal, covering a massive 8 lakh square feet. The strategic project is expected to generate ₹120 crore in annual revenue upon completion, reinforcing Ahmedabad’s growing stature as a global hub for enterprises and Global Capability Centres (GCCs).
Located in the fast-emerging Ambli-Bopal micro-market, the project will be developed as a Grade A+ green campus designed to meet international standards. With an investment of ₹100 crore planned over the next four years, the expansion will add 8,500 premium seats, significantly strengthening the city’s capacity to attract multinational corporations and high-growth enterprises amid Ahmedabad’s infrastructure boom and global positioning.
Unlike conventional leasing arrangements, the project will be executed under DevX’s pioneering Development Management model, which enables non-institutional landowners to unlock the full potential of their real estate assets. Under this structure, DevX will oversee the entire lifecycle—from planning and development to leasing and operations—creating world-class, institutional-grade office environments aligned with global occupier expectations.

The record-setting deal builds on DevX’s strong presence in the Ambli-Bopal corridor, where it previously delivered a successful 3.15 lakh sq. ft. managed office campus. That project added 3,200 seats, generates ₹36 crore in revenue, and has already achieved an impressive 95% occupancy rate, housing marquee clients such as Suzlon, Walter P Moore, Tatvic Digital Analytics, Openxcell, and Manubhai & Shah LLP.
By consolidating such a vast office inventory within a single prime location, DevX is creating a next-generation enterprise ecosystem capable of rivaling Tier-I metro business districts.
