The Delhi Public School (DPS), Bopal celebrated academic excellence once again with the declaration of the CBSE Class XII results on Monday. Keeping up its tradition, DPS-Bopal achieved 100% result once again, showcasing the collective effort of the students and teachers.
Marking another year of stellar performance, DPS-Bopal students achieved an average of 82.9% marks in the exams. The students in the humanities stream average 88.9%, those in the science stream average 81.6%, and commerce stream students average 80.8%.
With 98.6% marks, Aanya Agarwal of the humanities stream was the topper at DPS-Bopal this year. Kriti Sharma of the commerce stream ranked second in the school with 98.4% marks, followed by Purvasha Balki of the science stream with 97.4% marks. The toppers exemplify the fruits of tireless dedication and effective strategies nurtured under the guidance of teachers and parents.
Through sheer hard work and perseverance, the students of DPS-Bopal have proved their academic excellence by achieving outstanding results. Of the 323 students who appeared in the exams, 26 students scored 95% or higher marks, while 95 scored more than 90%.
DPS-Bopal has set the benchmark for outstanding CBSE results outperforming the city and state averages, with 320 students, i.e. 99.07% of its students securing the first division marks, a stellar achievement, while 253 of the 323 students achieved a distinction, scoring 75% or more marks.
Underscoring perfection in the results, as many as 29 students secured 100 out of 100 marks in various subjects such as psychology, commercial art, economics, accounts, business studies and physical education.
DPS-Bopal Principal Sabina Sawhney extended her heartfelt congratulations to all students and commended parents for their enduring support. A spirited cake-cutting ceremony on campus marked this joyous occasion, with the school congratulating all achievers.
