Real estate developer, Akshaya Pvt Ltd, has announced the launch of ‘Akshaya Shanti’- a first-of-its-kind Grade-A office suites for enterprises and businesses at Shanti Theatre Complex on Anna Salai (Mount Road) in Chennai on Thursday.
Akshaya Pvt Ltd had entered into a joint venture with the legendary Dr. Chevalier Sivaji Ganesan Family and developed this one-acre property. It was announced by T. Chitty Babu, Chairman & CEO, Akshaya Pvt Ltd, and Sivaji Ganesan’s sons Ramkumar Ganesan and Prabhu Ganesan at a press conference.
IGBC confers Gold Green pre-certification
Speaking to the media, T. Booking to commence on March 9
The project will offer 86,783 sq. ft of office spaces for lease or sale, along with a built-in restaurant and gymnasium and 4535 sq. ft of terrace gardens. Akshaya will be offering 24 office spaces starting from 2725 sq. ft onwards at Akshaya Shanti. 6-floor plates starting from 12886 sq. ft are also available for lease or sale. Booking for office spaces at Akshaya Shanti will commence from March 9, 2020.
Akshaya Shanti Office Suites is registered with TNRERA and has been accredited with Gold Green pre-certification by Indian Green Building Council (IGBC). Akshaya Shanti is strategically located on Mount Road and adjacent to LIC metro station which is the epicentre of Chennai’s Central Business District (CBD) with proximity to key access points and a host of entertainment and corporate amenities. The project is completed as per the plan approved by CMDA. A major attraction is that no GST applies to the buyer since completion certificate has already been obtained for Akshaya Shanti.
The highlight of Akshaya Shanti is the flexibility in its offering – it can house a single big corporate office in the entire building of 86783 sq. ft or multiple mid-sized corporate offices spread across six-floor plates of approximately 14000 sq. ft, or 24 different independent office suites starting from 2725 sq. ft onwards
